MOBILE THERAPY
Increasing Access to Wellness in Underserved Communities
In 2023 Dare 2 Hope Launched Philadelphia's very first mobile therapy unit. This unit will increase access to wellness in underserved communities, specifically Black and Brown ones. We offer assessments and resources to help community members navigate the mental health system.
School Tours
Dare 2 Hope offers school informational tours. We offer assembly based programs as well as small classroom experiences. No matter the setting, students leave with suicide prevention education as well as tools to live mentally well.
Mental WELLNESS CURRICULUM
Seeing the need for psycho education in Philadelphia, founder, Sarah-Ashley decided to create a mental wellness curriculum. This curriculum is taught in a 6 week rotation. Subjects covered include: Self Awareness, Triggers & Coping Skills, Cognitive Processing, Conflict Resolution, and more.
RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS
Random Acts of Kindness are low cost ways to treat depression. Depression is one of the leading causes of death by suicide.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Sarah-Ashley Andrews, LPC
Sarah-Ashley Andrews, LPC was born in Philadelphia PA. She studied Mass Communications at Bloomsburg University and later enrolled at Lancaster Bible College, graduating with a Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Human Services. She holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Counseling from Lincoln University of PA.
